Responsibilities
1) Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities including planting, harvesting, irrigation, pest control, and livestock management (if applicable). 2) Support the development and implementation of farm strategies and production plans. 3) Monitor crop and/or livestock health and report any issues to management promptly. 4) Maintain accurate records of farm operations, inputs, outputs, and labor. 5) Manage farm staff schedules, training, and performance with a focus on efficiency and safety. 6) Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. 7) Assist in procurement of supplies, machinery maintenance, and inventory management. 8) Liaise with suppliers, buyers, agronomists, and government agencies as required. 9) Prepare regular reports on farm performance, budget use, and production outcomes.

Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field (preferred). 2) Proven experience in farm management or similar role. 3) Strong knowledge of crop and/or livestock production systems. 4) Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 5) Ability to use farm management software and MS Office Suite. 6) Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 7) Physically fit and able to work in varying outdoor conditions.
