Responsibilities
A Project Manager is responsible for managing, planning, executing, monitoring, reporting and closing projects. They coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders.
Manage project execution and adjust plans as necessary.
Monitor project progress and performance.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Define project scope and objectives.
Create detailed project schedules and work plans.
Lead and motivate project teams.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Manage project budgets and resources.
Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Requirements
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
Relevant work experience in project management, project supervision and construction
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
