Responsibilities
Responsibility : Customer Service: Greeting customers and taking orders. Providing menu recommendations and answering customer questions. Handling payments and transactions accurately. Resolving customer concerns or complaints. Food and Beverage Preparation: Preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Preparing and serving food items like sandwiches and pastries. Ensuring consistent quality and portion control according to recipes and standards. Cafe Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe, including tables, floors, and equipment. Stocking shelves and ensuring adequate supplies are available. Cleaning and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment. Teamwork and Collaboration: Working effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Assisting with various tasks as needed to support the team. Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels and assisting with restocking supplies. Adhering to Standards: Following food safety and hygiene practices. Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Requirement : At least SPM qualification, related hospitality diploma or equivalent is preferred but not necessary. At least 1 year relevant experience in the service or under an apprenticeship program. Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply. Ability to communicate orally with customers, management and other co-workers is crucial with excellent customer service skills/ sensitive to customers’ needs. Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
