Responsibilities 1. Support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and packaging activities. 2. Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and packaging supplies.

3. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas according to food safety standards. 4. Help monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor. 5. Follow production schedules and instructions from the Operation Supervisor or Head Chef.

6. Perform basic quality checks on finished products (e.g., labeling, sealing, expiry date). 7. Comply with food safety (e.g., HACCP) and health regulations during operations. 8. Support logistics tasks, such as arranging finished goods for dispatch or delivery.

Requirements 1. Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. 2. Basic knowledge of kitchen operations or food handling is an advantage.

3. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. 4. Willing to work in cold or hot environments (depending on kitchen zones). 5. Able to follow instructions and work in a team.

6. Punctual, responsible, and disciplined. 7. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays, if required. Additional Information
