Responsibilities 1. Planting and Harvesting:

Help plant mushroom spores or substrates.
Pick mushrooms at the right growth stage.
2. Farm Maintenance:

Sanitize and clean mushroom sheds and equipment.
Proper hygiene should be maintained to avoid contamination.
3. Sorting and Packaging:

Separate mushrooms according to size/quality.
Package mushrooms for sale or delivery.
4. Tracking Growth:

Monitor temperature, humidity, and ventilation in mushroom houses.
Inform the supervisor of any irregularities.
5. Loading and Unloading:

Help load/unload materials, tools, and packaged products.
6. Waste Management:

Dispose of used substrates and farm waste properly.
7. Follow Safety Procedures:

Adhere to farm hygiene and safety regulations.
Requirements 1. Minimum Education:

Able to read and write (basic literacy).
SPM or equivalent is an advantage but not necessary.
2. Physical Fitness:

Physically fit and able to work in humid and warm environments.
Able to lift, carry, and perform manual work.
3. Working Hours Flexibility:

Willing to work on weekends or public holidays if needed.
Able to follow shift schedules.
4. Teamwork and Responsibility:

Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
Responsible and punctual.
5. Experience (Optional):

Experience in agriculture or mushroom farming is a bonus but not required.
On-the-job training will be provided.
