Responsibilities Responsibility : 1. Oversee the day-to-day purchasing process from requisition to delivery

2. Ensure timely procurement of goods and materials, complying to with relevant laws, regulations and Procurement policy and procedures. 3. Source, evaluate, select and maintain business relationships with suppliers 4. Negotiate contracts, pricing and delivery terms for best total cost of ownership

5. Manage and supervise, assign tasks and provide guidance to the team Requirements Requirement :

Qualification and Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field. Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Technical Knowledge / Skills

Proficient in ERP Systems for managing purchase orders or supplier data Proficient in procurement software, e.g. SAP-Ariba on Sourcing and Supplier Lifecycle Performance Vendor performance evaluation

People's Knowledge / Skills Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration activities
