Responsibilities:



· Monitor and follow-up on leads, inquiries and pending orders.

· Prepare and generate Purchase Order and Sales Order.

· Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, logistic and administrative personnel.

· Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer requirements (design, quantity,

timeline) and ensure all order details are clearly recorded.

· Confirm artwork and order details with customers before production.

· Coordinate closely with Sales Director to ensure timely order fulfillment, follow up on order status and

inform customers on delivery or collection timelines.

· Handle customer complaints or issues and coordinate internally for resolution.

· Support sales activities such as sample preparation.

· Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Sales Director when necessary.



Requirements:

· Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient

in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

· At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Admin & support field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected sales issues

and customer concerns effectively.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
