Job Descriptions:-

- Communicate with customers from order processing to local delivery arrangement.

- Assist in verifying and checking goods loaded for delivery are correct in quantity/condition and type.

- Manage day-to-day shipping operations, overseeing local packing and coordinating loading and

unloading work to ensure timeliness and efficiency in shipping activities.

- To conduct inventory count, quality control and assist to verify stock discrepancies.

- Liaise with respective transporters for truck/lorry booking/planning arrangement in daily basis.

Negotiating and securing transportation rates.

- Monitor daily deliveries and track shipment arrival status daily and follow-up with the shipping line

and forwarder regarding arrival notices.

- Expediting all existing orders to meet the contractual delivery schedule.

- Manage basic office administrative functions.

- Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency.

- Oversee and manage all warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Perform any other duties as directed by the HOD from time to time.



Requirement:-

- At least 1 year of working experience in shipping, logistics/warehousing company.

- Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate as th role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and Power Point.

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues

or delays in the shipping process.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
