About the role

CIMed Healthcare Sdn Bhd, a leading medical devices company, is looking for a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in promoting and supporting the company's range of products to healthcare professionals.


What you'll be doing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses
• Promote and sell our medical devices to healthcare professionals
• Managing existing client relationships, and seeking new business opportunities
• Educate and inform healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and proper usage
• Attend operating theatre cases to provide clinical support
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to help inform the company's product development and marketing strategies
• Coordinate and participate in product demonstrations, training sessions, and other promotional activities
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective campaigns

What we're looking for
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Medical Science, Biology, or related areas
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar medical representative or business development role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, all welcome to apply.
• Experience in orthopedics is an advantage
• Excellent communication, selling and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A valid driving license and ability to travel as needed
