1. Operational Support

Assist in coordinating daily business operations across different departments.

Ensure internal workflows are running smoothly and efficiently.

Support management in implementing operational processes and improvements.

2. Administrative Duties

Assist with preparation of reports, quotations, and other business documents.

3. Sales & Customer Support

Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and enquiries.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks when required.

4. Accounts Support

Assist in issuing invoices and updating transactions in the system.

5. Coordination Between Departments

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication.

Assist in solving operational issues when they arise.

Support warehouse, sales, and accounts teams when needed.

6. Management Support

Assist management with special projects and operational tasks.

Provide suggestions to improve efficiency and workflow.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years working experience in administration or operations.

Able to work independently and adapt to different tasks.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
