We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Receiving Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming goods, checking deliveries, and ensuring all items received match the purchase order and delivery documents.

Job Responsibilities:
-Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers.
-Verify quantities and items against Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO).
-Check goods for damage or discrepancies and report to the relevant department.
-Record all incoming items into the inventory system.
-Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing team regarding received items.
-Ensure proper labeling and storage of received goods.
-Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
-Assist in stock control and periodic stock count.

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
-Basic knowledge of warehouse or inventory processes.
-Able to use computer systems (inventory / ERP is an advantage).
-Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Responsible and able to work in a team.
