vivo Malaysia is looking for a Trainer Executive!
Location: Bandar Puteri, Puchong

Job Description:
-Conduct training sessions for the sales team and promoters, ensuring strong product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
-Act as a regional trainer, driving consistency in product messaging and selling techniques across different areas.
-Deliver soft skills training, including photography techniques and social media promotion skills, to enhance promoters’ overall performance.
-Provide product and sales training for business partners’ promoters (e.g., Maxis, Senheng), ensuring alignment with brand standards.
-Support external stakeholders with training materials and activities to strengthen collaboration and product advocacy.
-Stay up to date with the latest product features and technologies.
-Discover and translate new product features into clear, practical training modules.
-Continuously improve training content and methodology to suit different audiences.

Requirements:
-Diploma or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Training, or related fields.
-No experience is required. Training will be provided.

-Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
-Ability to translate technical product knowledge into easy-to-understand training.
-Proficient in English, and Malay, Mandarin (Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners).
-Willing to travel nationwide for training assignments.
-Passionate about mobile technology and digital trends.
