-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Banking, MIS, IT or equivalent experience
-Strong experience in analyzing requirement by providing Test Estimation aligned with test strategy or good understanding and experiences in estimation techniques for testing
-Adaptability to handle unexpected issues and re‑plan test execution when needed
-Manage risks proactively and ensure mitigation strategies are in place
-Ability to analyze complex systems flow and identify potential risks
-Good knowledge specific to banking industry, i.e: CARDS domain
