Requirements
- SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma is a plus
- Prior team lead and supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and resolve customer issues promptly
- Strong problem-solving skills for on-floor service concerns
- Adherence to FOH cleanliness, SOPs and operational standards
- 1 - 2 years experience in F&B customer service
