Job Description:

Plan, issue, and follow up on Purchase Orders and shipping schedules.

Plan and execute material purchases to meet production and inventory targets.

Resolve supplier issues related to supply, quality, service, and invoicing in a timely manner.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.

Evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing).

Support purchasing process improvements and vendor reviews.

Other ad-hoc tasks as required.



Requirements:

Diploma in a related field and/or at least 1 year of purchasing experience.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Is proactive, self-motivated and driven.
