Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate local and overseas deliveries, including import/export shipments, and ensure timely and accurate documentation (DO, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices).

Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.

Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues to maintain service standards.

Oversee warehouse operations, including incoming/outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, stock level monitoring, and regular audits.

Optimize warehouse processes, layout, and workflow to improve efficiency, reduce discrepancies, and comply with ISO and safety standards.

Implement inventory management strategies, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and trend analysis for continuous improvement.

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to SOPs and operational goals.

Support logistics and warehouse administration, including filing, data entry, and claims management for damaged or lost goods.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management (import/export experience preferred).

Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export regulations.

Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with ISO standards.
