Responsibilities:

Able to monitor repair and maintenance work at site such as electrical, drainage, plumbing, painting, road, road kerb, ponds toilets, washing of tomb, walkway and others at site.

Daily landscape maintenance inspection and cleanliness inspection of all zones and columbarium and all toilets.

Daily maintenance inspection on building air-con, lift, lighting and others.

Ensure that machineries and motor vehicles are maintained according to schedule.

Supervise the cleanliness of building, roadside, ponds and etc.

Supervise and mobilization of maintenance workers.

Liaise with external technician on maintenance services.

Assist on set-up works for praying rites and event function.

Prepare and submit daily maintenance record and checklist to management for further review and action.

Any other task assigned to you by your superiors from time to time.

Full collaboration with colleagues and superior.



Requirements:

SPM and above

Preferably with 2 years working experience

Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to write and read in Bahasa Malaysia and English
