- Responsible for the daily coordination and arrangement orders.
- Daily review and control of inventory balance are required.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of stock cards.
- Responsible for following up on lorry calibration and inspection.
- Ensure daily verification of stock authorisation to confirm that authorised quantities are tallied with the system records.
- Coordinate and monitor lorry maintenance in case of breakdowns.
- Responsible for handling orders and payments with sub-leaders.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues encountered by drivers during deliveries.
- Manage and coordinate supplier orders and payments.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills
- Proactive, and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in operations, coordination, or exposure to logistics, engineering, or service-based industries will be added advantage
- Other added advantage: proficiency in Mandarin and immediate availability
- Working hours: Mon – Sat, 8.00am – 5.00pm
