We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Crew Members to join our back-of-house team. In this role, you will be essential in supporting daily kitchen operations, from food preparation to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Full training will be provided – no prior experience is necessary if you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

What you'll be doing
• Food Preparation: Assist in washing, cutting, marinating, and preparing ingredients according to standard recipes.
• Production Support: Support cooks in preparing, cooking, and assembling dishes, including our signature handmade dumplings.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain impeccable cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils. Perform daily opening and closing duties.
• Inventory Handling: Assist in receiving stock, proper storage (following FIFO principles), and basic inventory checks to minimize waste.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards and regulations.
