What you'll be doing

Dumpling & Wanton Making:
• Master the art of wrapping dumplings and wantons with consistent shape, size, and pleats
• Prepare fillings according to our secret family recipes
• Ensure each piece meets our quality and presentation standards
• Maintain speed while preserving the handmade quality

Quality Control:
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for freshness and quality
• Report any issues with ingredients or finished products to supervisors
• Help minimize waste by proper handling of ingredients

Cleanliness & Organization:
• Keep your work station clean and organized throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols strictly
• Assist in cleaning equipment and work areas at the end of shift
