-Prepare monthly reports and accounting matters which include general ledger, account payable, account receivable.
-Perform daily transactions and closing journals.
-Perform update of sales journals and issue sales invoice.
-Maintain accounts receivable aging, monthly work with sales personnel to follow up long overdue receivables.
-Handling payments and treasury matters with particular on cashflow management.
-Reconcile payment system, accounting system and bank on daily basis.
-Maintain accounts payables aging.
-Perform monthly reconciliation, eg. Bank, fixed assets, inventory and other balance sheet items.
-Investigate reconciling items and prepare schedules and reconciliations to support period close balance sheet positions that supported with adequate documentation.
-Perform banking facilities such as remittance (TT)
-Assist in monthly variance analysis on monthly report.
-Assist in preparing monthly management report and financial report.
-Assist on inventory control.
-Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Good time management, punctual attendance
-Knowledge in Autocount system & E-Invoice is an advantage
-Able to start work immediately is an advantage
