- Perform spray painting or powder coating on metal parts and assembled products.

- Prepare surfaces before spraying (cleaning, sanding, masking, degreasing).

- Set up and operate spray guns, powder coating equipment, and curing ovens.

- Adjust spray parameters to ensure proper thickness, adhesion, and finish quality.

- Inspect coated parts for defects such as uneven coating, orange peel, scratches, bubbles, or contamination.

- Perform touch-up work when necessary.

- Maintain spraying equipment and ensure proper cleaning after use.

- Monitor paint / powder usage and minimize material wastage.

- Follow work instructions (WI), drawings, and quality standards.

- Comply with safety regulations and use proper PPE at all times.

- Assist in housekeeping and 5S activities in the spraying area.

- Report equipment malfunction or quality issues to Supervisor.
