- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment (e.g. CNC machines, press machines, bending machines, welding machines, assembly equipment).

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.

- Carry out machine setup, adjustment, alignment, and calibration.

- Provide technical support to production during machine breakdowns and process issues.

- Support NPI/R&D activities including machine trials, sample runs, and process validation.

- Assist in equipment modification, improvement, and automation projects.

- Ensure machines comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

- Follow LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and safety procedures during maintenance work.

- Support safety audits and corrective actions related to equipment.

- Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and breakdown reports.

- Manage spare parts usage and recommend critical spare parts inventory.

- Prepare and update equipment SOPs, PM checklists, and work instructions.

- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, and cost reduction initiatives.

- Analyze recurring equipment issues and propose long-term solutions.

- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
