Job Description

- Handle IT support tickets and provide timely resolution.

- Perform daily IT operations and monitor system performance.

- Support hardware and software troubleshooting for end-users.

- Provide Level 1 system support for various IT systems and applications.

- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.

- Assist in IT projects and software/hardware implementations as required.
