This is a full-time, on-site role located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Loan Consultant, you will:
1. Handle customer interactions and understand their financial needs
2. Recommend and provide suitable loan product solutions
3. Assist clients through the loan application process – ensuring all paperwork and documentation are done in order
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements/Qualifications
• Basic proficiency in English, BM and Chinese (trilingual)
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel within Klang Valley
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as real estate or insurance agent / any sales role is preferred
• Knowledge and expertise in Loans and Financial Services, strong skills in Customer Service and Sales is an advantage
