Mandarin and English Speaking Technical Service Executive

Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with technical inquiries via inbound calls, emails, and live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware or software issues with provided training.
Document and escalate complex cases to the specialist engineering team.
Help update helpful guides and FAQs for better customer self-service.
Share customer feedback with the product team to help improve services.
Requirements
Minimum SPM (Pass in BM & Sejarah).
Fluent in Mandarin & English (B2 level).
Willing to work 9-hour rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon or Night shifts available).
Fresh grads welcome – Full training provided!
Must be able to start on 18 March.
No problem coming to work in the Ara Damansara office.
Inclusive of weekends and public holidays as per the duty roster.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: RM 3,100 Basic + RM 600 Fixed Allowance + Up to RM 400 Night Shift + Up to RM 500 KPI (Average take-home: RM 4,200 - RM 4,600).
1 hour total break time per shift.
