Affiliate Management
-Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, cat influencers, and content creators within the cat community.
-Build long-term partnerships by providing affiliates with product knowledge, creative content, and campaign support.
-Track affiliate performance, monitor campaigns, and ensure accurate commission payments.
-Brainstorm and execute engaging campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales in the cat product space.
-Analyze results and provide actionable insights to optimize affiliate performance.

Community & Brand Advocacy
-Engage with cat-loving communities on social platforms to support both affiliates and customers.
-Collaborate with marketing to develop pet-focused content, FAQs, and educational resources for customers.

Job Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
-At least 1 of experience in affiliate marketing, customer success, or e-commerce (pet industry background is a bonus).
-Preferably a cat owner to better understand our products and customers.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with affiliates and customers.
-Passion for pets (especially cats!) and genuine interest in pet care products.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance reports and customer feedback.
-Familiarity with affiliate tools, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
-Positive, proactive, and customer-first mindset.
