Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Operations
-Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
-Ensure product listings, pricing and store content are updated and optimized.

2. Campaign & Sales Strategy
-Plan and execute online campaigns including platform mega campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities.
-Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve sales targets and GMV growth.

3. Performance Analysis
-Track key metrics such as GMV, traffic, conversion rate, and ROI.
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.

4. Client & Brand Management
-Act as the main liaison between internal teams and brand clients.
-Provide strategic recommendations to improve brand presence and sales performance on e-commerce platforms.

5. Team Leadership (Manager level)
-Lead and guide the e-commerce team in operations, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
-Ensure team productivity and achievement of departmental KPIs.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
-3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace operations.
-Experience managing platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada.
-Strong analytical, campaign planning, and project management skills.
-Experience in affiliate marketing is an added advantage.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
-Knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools and platform dashboards.
-Experience working in agency or multi-brand environments.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
