1) ESG Program Manager (Group Sustainability Office)
About the Role
The ESG Program Manager supports TEG’s Group Sustainability Office in coordinating and delivering key ESG initiatives. This role focuses on ESG data collection and reporting support, ESG dashboard coordination, and the delivery of sustainability programmes, campaigns, and engagement activities across the Group. The role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication to ensure smooth execution and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate ESG programmes and initiatives to ensure smooth delivery and follow-through.
Support ESG Dashboard updates through data collection, tracking, and consolidation.
Support Sustainability Report preparation, including documentation and coordination of inputs.
Coordinate logistics and stakeholder engagement for ESG events, meetings, and campaigns.
Prepare internal updates, summaries, and reporting materials to support ESG communication.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting files for ESG initiatives.
Support ESG-related content and social media activities where needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
Experience in ESG data collection, reporting, project management, and sustainability programme delivery.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable supporting content development and basic social media coordination.
Passion for sustainability and a good understanding of ESG principles.
2) CSR Program Manager (Taylor’s Community)
About the Role
Taylor’s Community is seeking a dedicated, impact-driven CSR Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-impact social entrepreneurship programmes across Taylor’s Education Group. The role supports the Group Sustainability Office by advancing community engagement initiatives and CSR priorities aligned with Taylor’s sustainability direction.
This role requires strong project management capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on experience managing programmes end-to-end—from planning and delivery to monitoring and reporting. Availability to work on weekends (typically alternate Saturdays) and travel across Malaysia is required.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver CSR programmes (primarily social entrepreneurship programmes) within agreed timelines and budgets.
Manage end-to-end programme operations including logistics, scheduling, participant/beneficiary coordination, and on-ground execution.
Engage and maintain strong working relationships with NGOs, community organisations, trainers, beneficiaries, and programme partners.
Monitor budgets, track expenditure, and support sponsorship and partnership coordination where relevant.
Prepare programme updates, impact reports, and post-programme evaluations (including data collection and outcome tracking).
Represent Taylor’s Community at workshops, briefings, and stakeholder engagements.
Support continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to programme design, delivery methods, and scalability.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, CSR, community engagement, programme delivery, or related fields.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, event/programme management, and reporting.
Understanding of CSR and sustainability principles (experience in education / non-profit / corporate CSR is an advantage).
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts with clear and timely communication.
Experience conducting trainings is an advantage (HRDF-certified trainers preferred).
Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including underprivileged communities and external partners.
Highly committed and able to travel across Malaysia and work on alternate Saturdays.
