Job Description:

a) Develop comprehensive marketing proposals, promotional plans, and campaign strategies aligned with product pipelines, regulatory requirements, and market positioning.

b) Plan, design, and manage marketing consent frameworks, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and internal governance.

c) Execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote pharmaceutical and biotechnology products across both B2B and B2C segments.

d) Oversee company social media, website, and digital platforms to protect brand integrity, ensure consistent messaging, and optimise audience engagement.

e) Manage and continuously update social media channels with relevant content, activities, and announcements to enhance visibility and public engagement.

f) Ideate, design, and collaborate on visual concepts, content direction, and layout for marketing materials, digital assets, and product-related designs.

g) Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain campaign relevance and competitiveness.

h) Liaise and negotiate with vendors, creative agencies, printers, and collaboration partners to maximise marketing reach while optimising cost efficiency.

i) Work closely with Medical Affairs, Production, Quality Assurance, and others to ensure aligned messaging, accurate product communication, and smooth campaign execution.

j) Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics, providing actionable insights and continuous improvement recommendations.
