Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for software applications and IT systems.

Assist in designing, developing, and testing software solutions based on business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues promptly.

Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement improvements.

Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations.

Support software deployments, upgrades, and patches.

Ensure adherence to IT security policies and data protection standards.

Responsible for new software application development and on-going maintenance support.

Undertake other relevant duties assigned by Management, as necessary.

In the absence of an Immediate Superior, the Executive shall take over relevant responsibilities under the supervision of Management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

1–3 years’ experience in IT support and/or software development (Fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply).

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge in programming languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, SQL) and system architecture.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and in a team.
