Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors

Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor deliveries

Manage vendor database and contracts

Conduct price comparison and cost analysis

Ensure compliance with company procurement policy

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment


Maintenance:

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works

Liaise with contractors and service providers

Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Track maintenance schedule and service reports

Ensure timely repair of facilities, equipment and utilities

Maintain proper documentation and service records



Reporting:

Prepare procurement and maintenance reports

Track cost control and budget usage

Support audit documentation when required



Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field

2–5 years relevant experience

Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Good documentation and record management

Able to multitask and manage vendors effectively
