Key Responsibilities:

1. Medical & Scientific Support

Provide medical and scientific input for products, services, and materials.

Review and develop scientific and clinical content for marketing and education.

Ensure all medical information is accurate, compliant, and evidence-based.

Review supplements and provide medical advice when necessary.

2. Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with doctors, specialists, clinics, and hospitals.

Organize and attend medical presentations, trainings, and scientific discussions.

Serve as the main point for medical or clinical inquiries.

3. Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, R&D, Quality Department, and Cell Production teams.

Provide medical training and scientific updates to internal staff.

Support clinical activities and may perform basic clinical procedures such as drawing blood only if the candidate holds the required valid license.

4. Compliance, GMP & Documentation

Ensure adherence to medical ethics, regulatory standards, and internal SOPs.

Maintain accurate records, training logs, medical documentation, and product claims.

Cooperate fully with GMP audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections, providing required medical input and documentation.

Utilize valid medical license (MMC) for relevant clinical duties.

5. Reporting & Operational Support

Prepare medical reports, summaries, and evidence-based materials.

Assist with SOP updates and document revisions when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or relevant field.

2. Experience

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Medical Affairs, clinical development, healthcare, or biotech.

3. Skills & Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Able to interpret scientific literature and clinical guidelines.

Familiar with regulatory expectations and GMP-related processes.

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
