Key Responsibilities
-Prepare daily and weekly finance reports, including revenue tracking, collections, payables status, and cash flow updates
-Monitor operational finance matters and provide timely reporting to support hotel management decisions
-Handle full set accounting (AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and month-end adjustments)
-Support month-end closing activities and prepare reconciliations and schedules
-Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims, and petty cash documentation
-Support payroll preparation, including attendance consolidation, allowances, and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
-Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and audit trails
-Coordinate with hotel departments on cost tracking, operational expenses, and budget-related information
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities for statutory submissions and reporting
-Support procurement documentation, contract filing, and general finance administration as required

Requirements
-Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
-8–10 years of relevant experience in full set accounting, preferably in hospitality or F&B
-Strong capability in daily / weekly reporting, reconciliation work, and finance operations support
-Good understanding of Malaysia statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
-Proficient in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar)
-Reliable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
-Proficient in English
