Job Requirements:
-Must possess a valid OYK SHO.
-Minimum 4 years of working experience in HSE field.
-Minimum qualification: Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
-Familiar with Malaysian OSH regulations and compliance requirements.
-Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
-Able to work independently and liaise with authorities.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Review and assess the effectiveness and adequacy of the internal control system for operations, safety and environment (ESH), including reviewing and examining HIRARC and related procedures to ensure they are adequate, effective and efficient, and to ensure that controls and compliance measures are properly implemented and functioning effectively.
2. Report audit findings with recommendations for improvement, including providing observations and corrective recommendations to address unsatisfactory conditions, improve operations and reduce costs.
3. Assist in the implementation of safety training for new employee orientation and annual required programs, including auditing processes throughout the safety program and promoting a zero-incident ESH culture.
4. Assist in the compilation of weekly, monthly and annual reporting of all safety-related data and analytics.
5. Assist in liaising with government and external organizations such as DOE and DOSH.
6. Inspect workplaces to minimize or eliminate hazards arising from processes, including incorrect working methods and potentially toxic materials or chemicals.
7. Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
8. Investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
9. Conduct inspection and remediation of workplace hazards.
