Responsibilities:
-Develop strategies & managing marketing campaigns across available platform by delivering product messaging to the targeted prospects efficiently;
-Brand build credibility of MNC brand by having consistently carry out research to keep up to date with customer or market trend;
-Regular meetings with vendor and colleague across multiple departments to organise events such as product launches, virtual exhibition & etc;
-Responsible to work with product executives/managers to incorporate marketing needs into dedicated product planning and strategy;
-Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals;
-Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, etc;
-Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions;
-Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products;
-Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as LinkedIn, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement;
-Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time; and
-Complying with department guidelines and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
-Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.
-Proven experience in event planning and execution.
-Strong skills & adaptability in lead nurturing through various channels, including email and calls.
-Ability to speak well to drive attendance and engagement.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
-Positive attitude, self-motivated
