Responsibilities:
-Conduct daily/weekly EHS inspections on production, machining, cleanroom, and assembly areas
-Ensure compliance with OSHA, Environmental Quality Act (EQA), Fire Services Act, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
-Perform hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRARC) for high-risk processes (machining, composites, autoclave, chemicals, CNC)
-Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and EHS training for employees and contractors
-Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and track corrective actions
-Monitor PPE usage, emergency equipment, and lifting devices
-Monitor waste segregation, chemical handling, and environmental compliance (DOE)
-Support fire drills, emergency response exercises, and ERT activities
-Maintain EHS records, MSDS/SDS, permits, and monthly EHS reports
-Support customer and regulatory audits (DOE, DOSH)

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
-Minimum of 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred)
-Knowledge of OSHA, EQA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DOE & DOSH requirements
-Basic knowledge of chemical safety and industrial hygiene monitoring
-Good communication and observation skills
-Physically fit for shop floor inspections and emergency response
