Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures are implemented, maintained, and aligned with best practices.

Collaborate with risk owners to identify, assess, and analyze the impact and likelihood of existing and emerging risks.

Maintain and review the risk register, ensuring adequate measures are in place to mitigate identified risks.

Follow up with risk owners to monitor the effectiveness of remedial actions and risk mitigation strategies.

Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in key processes and high-risk areas.

Prepare and submit periodic risk management reports to the Risk Management Committee, highlighting the Group’s risk profile and effectiveness of mitigation efforts.

Develop and drive risk awareness initiatives, including training, knowledge sharing, and facilitation exercises across the organization.

Develop and maintain the business continuity management framework and policies, including business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans.

Ensure the Group’s insurance coverage is reasonable, appropriate, and adequate for general and miscellaneous risks.



Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or related field.

5-7 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related function.

Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, insurance, and internal control systems.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
