Job Responsibilities:
Able to lead a team of production operators, technician, line leaders and latex man, to achieve company objectives.

Must have hands-on experience in process-related industries (e.g. oil, fluid, or chemical processing).

Knowledge in process control, products quality, maintenance skill and adequate supervisory skill.

Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates.

Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Strive to support, encourage and achieve for better company objectives and KPIs.

To prepare daily production report to Management review

Other assigned duties as required.



Requirements:
Minimum SKM or Diploma in a related technical field.

Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor position within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in process-based industries (e.g. oil, fluid, chemical processing) is required.

Experience in glove manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Willing to work night shift / rotating shift and perform overtime when required.

Hands-on experience in ground work, including piping repair, burner tuning, and basic mechanical works.

Able to follow instructions from superiors and report issues promptly.

Adaptable to company changes and operational requirements.
