Key Responsibilities
1. Automation Engineering & Maintenance

Achieve zero unscheduled downtime through effective preventive maintenance planning and execution.

Collaborate with Engineering Team on maintenance programs for automation machinery.

Support testing, commissioning, and installation of new automation equipment.

Monitor response times for equipment issues, implement interventions to minimize downtime, and inspect completed repairs before redeployment.

2. Automation Maintenance Cost Management

Develop and monitor maintenance cost baselines including labor, parts, contractors, and overheads.

Control maintenance costs while driving engineering solutions to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.

3. Human Capital Development

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Monitor team performance against KPIs and goals, support career development, and collaborate with HR to strengthen team capabilities.

4. Others

Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management.
