Key Responsibilities
Support and perform maintenance activities for utility systems, including Air Compressor & Dryer, Wastewater Treatment (WWT), Chiller & Cooling Tower, Boiler, and Water Reservoir/Tank systems.

Assist in the maintenance and operation of Scrubber and Chlorination systems.

Ensure maintenance tasks are completed with high quality and proper coordination with relevant teams.

Conduct basic root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Assist in reporting and liaising with government regulatory bodies such as DOE and DOSH, as required.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure proper documentation for traceability.

Ensure scheduled maintenance is completed on time and according to plan.

Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to execute and track maintenance tasks.

Support the implementation of structured maintenance plans and procedures.

Collaborate closely with the production team to resolve quality and output issues related to utility systems.

Contribute to energy efficiency, cost optimization, and equipment reliability initiatives.

Respond promptly to any utility-related issues or breakdowns.

Support the team in achieving departmental and company KPIs.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.



Job Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

Knowledge in word processing and spread sheet for data processing and analysis.

Good understanding and interpretation of piping layout drawings, utility system and the application.
