Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving and delivery of products.

Ensure all warehouse transactions and inventory records are updated accurately.

Monitor and manage rejections, returns, and excess packaging.

Participate in monthly stock count activities.

Monitor supplier deliveries, rejections, and outstanding items.

Raise Quality Alert / Claim Forms for supplier defects when required.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain proper housekeeping and compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.

Monitor staff discipline and handle administrative tasks.

Perform other duties assigned by management when required.



Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.

Ability to lead and manage a team in an operational environment.
