Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the timely preparation of management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Handle daily accounting tasks, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Monitor bank balances and update the cash book to ensure bank accounts are properly maintained.

Perform monthly bank reconciliation, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

Maintain accounts payables and ensure timely payments to suppliers.

Manage accounts receivables, ensuring prompt follow-ups on outstanding payments.

Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax-related matters.

Support other accounting and office administration tasks, including ad-hoc assignments from the supervisor or accountant.



What We’re Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-5 years of accounting experience.

Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Preferably candidates with experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or related accounting reporting functions, ideally from a manufacturing background.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, auditors, and suppliers.
