JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shall be responsible for review and verify the routine testing parameters.

Shall be responsible for executing the test that performed by Lab Technician. Need to conduct testing when shortage of manpower.

Ensure the parameters of testing within Company specified standard.

Provide full support on quality matters to production and related department.

Ensure the Quality Plan is met in Daily Lab Testing.

Ensure proper verification techniques are used by Laboratory Personnel.

Ensuring that no non-conforming products to be use, unless they are proper revised and approved by the Factory Manager.

Monitor the inspection and test results and requesting for corrective action and follow up its implementation effectively.

Carry out the training for his/her subordinates.

Prepare and update all the Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions.

Ensure that only the latest issue and revision of documents are being used in laboratory.

Support investigation into production deviation, quality issues, and customer complaints.

Adhere to ISO procedure to enhance consistency, traceability and continuous improvement within the factory.

Any other task and/or assigned duties as required by the management.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or equivalent.

• 2 years experience in similar position, able to handle Ion Chromatography and/or FTIR equipment.

Other Personal Capabilities

• Knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel program.

• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14644 and etc.

• Good interpersonal skill.

• Problem solving skill.
