JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To plan, execute and follow up predictive and preventive maintenance schedule on electrical equipment & process instrumentation.

To monitor and provide guideline to electrical breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and improvement project

Responsible of installation, maintenance, software revision and backup updates, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs malfunctions in SCADA, communications equipment, PLC’s and process instrumentation.

Maintain and improve existing controls standards and documentation for equipment manuals and Technical Documents (P&ID, Functional specification drawing and etc).

To liaise with contractor, vendor & production on projects/modification/improvement activities

To provide training and educating electrical technician if needed

To review electrical spare parts list, monitor record and spare part lifespan.

Assist with the other maintenance functions in process equipment’s improvement, analyzing, troubleshooting and rectifying underlying root causes of machine problems.

Ensure all Malaysian safety regulations are closely observed and followed

Standardization all the electrical adjustment procedure

Ensure operational work processes and documentations are comply

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Preferably degree holder in electrical engineering field with min 3-4years working experience in plant maintenance.

Diploma/Certificate with more than 5years working experience will be consider.

Willing to work on shift rotation

Able to lead a team of technician to achieve company goal.

Knowledge in process control and adequate supervisory skills.

Knowledge in process flow and work study flow.

Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates.

Systematic and positive problem solving approach.

Set good examples for subordinates.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
