Job Responsibilities:



Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Analyze existing processes and workflows to determine feasibility for automation.

Design RPA solutions using RPA platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendor, operations, and business units, to drive RPA initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Stay current with RPA industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Project management.



Job Requirements:



Proven experience as an RPA Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.

Strong understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and process optimization.

Hands-on experience with RPA tools and platforms.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python are a plus.

Relevant RPA certifications are a plus.
