Responsibilities:

Perform machine setup and functional testing, fine-tune process parameters to meet customer's requirements.

Conduct module integration for variety of mechanical and electrical assemblies.

Diagnose and resolve equipment faults during commissioning.

Trouble shoot servo drive, robotics, sensors, and motion control systems.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

To comply with all requirements of ISO standard, 5S and safety practices.



Requirement:

Candidate must process at least a Certificate in Engineering either Electrical, Electronics ,Mechatronic or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Technical experience in mechanical & electrical.

Ability to work independently and self-discipline in managing projects. Good project management and analytical skills.



Technical Skill Set:

Automation equipment manufacturing field experience is preferable.

Able to read the pneumatic Diagram & electrical schematic diagram.

Able to perform the motor tunning & electrical IO check.

Mechanical alignment & electrical troubleshooting knowledge needed.
