Job Responsibilities
1) Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
2) Create and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
3) Monitor and optimize paid ads performance (Meta Ads, etc.)
4) Analyze campaign data and improve marketing strategies
5) Collaborate with the creative team for content production
6) Work on KOL/influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
7)Participate in brainstorming and campaign planning sessions



Requirements
1)Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related field
2) Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
3) Basic understanding of advertising platforms (Meta Ads preferred)
4) Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
5) Willing to learn, improve, and contribute ideas
6) Good communication and teamwork skills
