Key Responsibilities
-Support the Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Develop competitive pricing strategies and attractive sales packages.
-Assist in preparing Product Briefs and KPKT pricing submissions.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning.
-Manage product readiness and launch activities, including sales galleries, roadshows, and exhibitions.
-Handle customer inquiries, arrange house viewings, and follow up with purchasers.
-Oversee loan documentation, liaising with solicitors, end-financiers, and E-SPAs.
-Maintain accurate records in the INSOFT system.
-Attend to any ad-hoc tasks or special assignments as requested by the Sales & Marketing Manager or Management.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Estate Management, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property development or real estate.
-Proficient in social media and performance marketing.
-Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and statistics.
-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Skilled in MS Office; INSOFT System experience is a plus.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
-Creative with strong commercial awareness.
