Key Responsibilities
Full Set Accounting
-Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
-Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
-Perform month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

Accounts Payable (AP)
-Process and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
-Match invoices with delivery orders (DO) and purchase orders (PO).
-Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and online payments in a timely manner.
-Monitor supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable (AR)
-Prepare customer invoices and progress billings based on project claims.
-Track collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain AR aging.
-Coordinate with project and contract teams on billing and payment matters.

Project & Construction Accounting
-Assist in tracking project costs, expenses, and variations.
-Support preparation of progress claims, subcontractor payments, and cost reports.
-Liaise with site teams, procurement, and contract departments on financial documentation.

Reporting & Compliance
-Prepare management reports, schedules, and analysis as required.
-Assist in audit preparation, tax matters, and statutory submissions.
-Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

General Support
-Support Finance Manager / Accountant in daily finance operations.
-Perform any other accounting or administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements
-Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full set accounts (construction industry preferred).
-Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals may be considered for junior roles.
-Basic understanding of accounting standards, double-entry principles, and cost control.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
-Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
-Able to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
